Download the application, complete and sign it. Download the Student Enrollment Agreement, read and sign it. Enclose a check or money order for $50 to Advanced Bodywork & Massage Institute for your application fee. Mail all 3 items to:

Call Director Jeff Kates, LMT to arrange a tour of the school. Write down all your questions and bring them with you. If you like what you hear and see, you can either fill out the application while you are there, or you can take one home to fill out and mail back to us. We do not pressure anyone to sign up, so do not worry about that.
But for some people, it is helpful to visit the school to get a feel for how we do things. You can even visit the school on an actual class day so you can watch all or part of a class actually taking place.
